Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CENPC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CENPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, C12orf40, and CCDC178. Each is linked with CENPC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPC-to-partner and partner-to-CENPC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by CENPC-low versus CENPC-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
