CEBPZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEBPZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,700 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEBPZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7P5, MIR6803, and MIR5692A1. Each is linked with CEBPZ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEBPZ-to-partner and partner-to-CEBPZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN7P5 grouped by CEBPZ-low versus CEBPZ-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEBPZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEBPZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
