Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MRPS18CP7 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MRPS18CP7 expression is associated with patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MRPS18CP7 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, MRPS18CP7 RNA expression shows 5,317 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Together, these results highlight LIHC, COAD, and OV as cancer lineages where MRPS18CP7 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
