CDT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,059 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF1P5, RN7SL248P, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with CDT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDT1-to-partner and partner-to-CDT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BANF1P5 grouped by CDT1-low versus CDT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
