Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,705 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-276P, RNU1-17P, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with CDK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK7-to-partner and partner-to-CDK7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-276P grouped by CDK7-low versus CDK7-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
