CDK2AP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK2AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,199 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK2AP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DBN1, DENND2D, and KIF13B. Each is linked with CDK2AP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK2AP1-to-partner and partner-to-CDK2AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDK2AP1 versus DBN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK2AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK2AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
