CDK15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,183 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-451P, APOBEC3AP1, and RNU6-223P. Each is linked with CDK15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK15-to-partner and partner-to-CDK15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-451P grouped by CDK15-low versus CDK15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
