CDK15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK15-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB1, ACTRT1, and WFDC8. Each is linked with CDK15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK15-to-partner and partner-to-CDK15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB1 grouped by CDK15-low versus CDK15-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
