CDCA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDCA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,283 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDCA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and SRPK1. Each is linked with CDCA7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCA7-to-partner and partner-to-CDCA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDCA7 versus SMC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
