CDCA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDCA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,774 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDCA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL12_S38, SMC2, and SMC4. Each is linked with CDCA4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCA4-to-partner and partner-to-CDCA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDCA4 versus RPL12_S38 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
