Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDCA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDCA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C14orf180, CLPSL1, and KRTAP10-2. Each is linked with CDCA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCA4-to-partner and partner-to-CDCA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C14orf180 grouped by CDCA4-low versus CDCA4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
