Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC42EP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,497 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC42EP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP1, NUP205, and PAXIP1. Each is linked with CDC42EP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC42EP1-to-partner and partner-to-CDC42EP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LARP1 grouped by CDC42EP1-low versus CDC42EP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC42EP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC42EP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
