CD81-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD81-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 168 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD81-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ11, RN7SL280P, and SNORD13D. Each is linked with CD81-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD81-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CD81-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ11 grouped by CD81-AS1-low versus CD81-AS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD81-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD81-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
