CCNO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCNO mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,007 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNO-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR24, ABL1, and GBF1. Each is linked with CCNO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNO-to-partner and partner-to-CCNO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR24 grouped by CCNO-low versus CCNO-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNO→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
