CCNL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,292 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DBR1_S514, MPLKIP_S133, and PCYT1A_S323. Each is linked with CCNL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNL1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNL1 versus DBR1_S514 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
