Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,204 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF168, RFC4, and LIN9. Each is linked with CCNL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNL1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNL1 results are reported.
