CCL13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 171 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL13-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLS3, ZNF821, and JPH1. Each is linked with CCL13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL13-to-partner and partner-to-CCL13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL13 versus PLS3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
