Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC134 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 358 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC134-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAP63, BLOC1S2P1, and RPL12P5. Each is linked with CCDC134 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC134-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC134 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIAP63 grouped by CCDC134-low versus CCDC134-high in SARC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC134→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC134) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
