Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC134 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC134 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CCDC134 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC134 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and ESCA show a favorable association.

UVM, LIHC, and SCLC are the cancer types where CCDC134 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
