Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,917 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBX5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IPO9, MCM2, and MCM4. Each is linked with CBX5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX5-to-partner and partner-to-CBX5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBX5 versus IPO9 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
