CBX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6075, SAGE3P, and FAM27B. Each is linked with CBX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX4-to-partner and partner-to-CBX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6075 grouped by CBX4-low versus CBX4-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
