Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,068 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASR-associated genes across cancer lineages are BSPRY, GGT6, and MIR148A. Each is linked with CASR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASR-to-partner and partner-to-CASR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASR versus BSPRY in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
