CARD18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD18-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTBP2P10, IL21, and MIR133B. Each is linked with CARD18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD18-to-partner and partner-to-CARD18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTBP2P10 grouped by CARD18-low versus CARD18-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
