CARD14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,559 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CARD14_S475, CARD14_S290, and CARD14_S787. Each is linked with CARD14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD14-to-partner and partner-to-CARD14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CARD14 versus CARD14_S475 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
