CALM2P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALM2P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,923 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALM2P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPKP4, HSP90AA2P, and EEF1A1P8. Each is linked with CALM2P4 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALM2P4-to-partner and partner-to-CALM2P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALM2P4 versus HNRNPKP4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALM2P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALM2P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
