Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CALM2P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CALM2P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher CALM2P4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CALM2P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and KIRP show a favorable association.

THYM, ACC, and ESCA are the cancer types where CALM2P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
