Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALM2P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,631 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALM2P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Golgi organization, and Vesicle tethering. Each is linked with CALM2P4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALM2P4-to-partner and partner-to-CALM2P4 results are reported.
