Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,152 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BICD2, PLAU, and PLS3. Each is linked with CALB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALB2-to-partner and partner-to-CALB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALB2 versus BICD2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
