CADPS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,589 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF852, LSAMP, and KCNH8. Each is linked with CADPS in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADPS-to-partner and partner-to-CADPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CADPS versus ZNF852 in PCPG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
