CACNG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,446 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-939P, RNU6-458P, and OR7E21P. Each is linked with CACNG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG4-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-939P grouped by CACNG4-low versus CACNG4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
