Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR4265 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR4265 expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR4265 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, MIR4265 RNA expression shows 9,660 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in CCRCC. Together, these results highlight UVM, LUSC, and CCRCC as cancer lineages where MIR4265 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
