Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA5A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CA5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with CA5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA5A-to-partner and partner-to-CA5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by CA5A-low versus CA5A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
