CA15P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA15P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,814 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA15P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY2FP, RNA5SP161, and SERPINB8P1. Each is linked with CA15P2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA15P2-to-partner and partner-to-CA15P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CA15P2 versus RBMY2FP in MESO, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA15P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA15P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
