Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, C22orf31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,609 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C22orf31-associated genes across cancer lineages are KREMEN1, CLDN17, and ALOX15. Each is linked with C22orf31 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C22orf31-to-partner and partner-to-C22orf31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C22orf31 versus KREMEN1 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C22orf31→partner) and Y-score (partner→C22orf31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
