C1QTNF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QTNF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,502 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QTNF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRP1, MRC2, and SERPINF1. Each is linked with C1QTNF1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QTNF1-to-partner and partner-to-C1QTNF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1QTNF1 versus LRP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QTNF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QTNF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
