Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,333 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QA-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAB1, ITGB2, and NLRP3. Each is linked with C1QA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QA-to-partner and partner-to-C1QA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1QA versus STAB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
