C1GALT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1GALT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,296 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1GALT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1228P, RNA5SP436, and BNIP3P6. Each is linked with C1GALT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1GALT1-to-partner and partner-to-C1GALT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1228P grouped by C1GALT1-low versus C1GALT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1GALT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1GALT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
