Across TCGA patient cohorts, C14orf28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,822 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C14orf28-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-28, RN7SL461P, and MIR4449. Each is linked with C14orf28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C14orf28-to-partner and partner-to-C14orf28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNVU1-28 grouped by C14orf28-low versus C14orf28-high in UCEC.
