Across TCGA cell cohorts, C14orf28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,473 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C14orf28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering to Golgi, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Vesicle coating. Each is linked with C14orf28 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C14orf28-to-partner and partner-to-C14orf28 results are reported.
