Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BUB1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,100 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BUB1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL280P, CCND2P1, and MIR3661. Each is linked with BUB1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BUB1B-to-partner and partner-to-BUB1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL280P grouped by BUB1B-low versus BUB1B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BUB1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→BUB1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
