Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRCA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,907 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRCA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK1, DHFR, and HAT1. Each is linked with BRCA2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRCA2-to-partner and partner-to-BRCA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRCA2 versus CDK1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
