BNC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,063 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF2B2, CDC45, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with BNC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNC1-to-partner and partner-to-BNC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF2B2 grouped by BNC1-low versus BNC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
