BMPER

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMPER RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,541 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMPER-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO2, LMOD1, and CORO2B. Each is linked with BMPER in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMPER-to-partner and partner-to-BMPER results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMPER versus SYNPO2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMPER→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMPER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
