BLZF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLZF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX3P1Y, MIR4710, and SAA3P. Each is linked with BLZF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLZF1-to-partner and partner-to-BLZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNX3P1Y grouped by BLZF1-low versus BLZF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
