Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLOC1S5-TXNDC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,215 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BLOC1S5-TXNDC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLVCR1-DT, BNIP3L, and RAD23B. Each is linked with BLOC1S5-TXNDC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLOC1S5-TXNDC5-to-partner and partner-to-BLOC1S5-TXNDC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FLVCR1-DT grouped by BLOC1S5-TXNDC5-low versus BLOC1S5-TXNDC5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLOC1S5-TXNDC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLOC1S5-TXNDC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
