Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAALC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 368 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAALC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL362P, AATF, and GTSE1-DT. Each is linked with BAALC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAALC-to-partner and partner-to-BAALC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL362P grouped by BAALC-low versus BAALC-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAALC→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAALC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
