BAALC-AS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAALC-AS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAALC-AS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3912, RNU4-35P, and RNU6-391P. Each is linked with BAALC-AS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAALC-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-BAALC-AS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3912 grouped by BAALC-AS2-low versus BAALC-AS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAALC-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAALC-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
