Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GALNT4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,060 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALNT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEUP1, CYTH4, and SEZ6L. Each is linked with B4GALNT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALNT4-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALNT4 results are reported.
