B2M

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, B2M protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,193 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B2M-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB8, HLA-C, and HLA-A. Each is linked with B2M in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B2M-to-partner and partner-to-B2M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, B2M versus PSMB8 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→B2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
