AURKC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AURKC mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,068 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AURKC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A1, OR52N4, and KCND2. Each is linked with AURKC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AURKC-to-partner and partner-to-AURKC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A1 grouped by AURKC-low versus AURKC-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AURKC→partner) and Y-score (partner→AURKC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
